However, reports confirmed that the first few seconds are not real, indicating that the viral video was fabricated using AI. The video captured the truck driver reacting by driving near the tilting truck so it could lean on it, preventing what could have been a horrifying accident on Egypt’s Damietta-Gharbia highway.

The Egyptian truck driver dubbed a hero was identified as Emad from the city of Damietta, who revealed that the incident was indeed real, but only the first part was generated using AI. He added that he was driving behind the truck when he saw what happened, prompting him to pull up alongside it and save the day.
He stated further that the driver came to an immediate stop, changed the exploded tire, and returned to his duty, adding that he didn’t expect that a passerby filmed the whole incident and shared it on social media.
The viral video generated widespread praise. However, many were quick to notice that some of it was fabricated using AI:
